I’m making bourbon sours. Just made a blueberry syrup for it. Annoyingly need to wait for it to cool down before use.
If you need to make the syrup it’s equal part water, caster sugar. Then blueberry in once it’s boiling. Simmer for 10 mins. Cool and you have a syrup. The syrup will also work in a bramble.
