I used to find being in a queue at the train station quite disheartening. It was like a showcase for the stupidity of the general public. Often the seemingly most expensively dressed and poshest people were the most stupid.

 

Now I see why you want every ****er to wear a mask. You can’t eat for a month so everyone else has to stick a bit of cloth over their laughing gear.

 

They really are the absolute worst mate. Drunk City workers, all suited and booted, making their way home to their mansions in Hertfordshire, via the pub.

 

Yeah, it was the disbelief that the train network and timetable wasn't designed specifically for them that was particularly noticeable.

Got to say fair play to Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, they have melted down all of their trophies to provide the NHS with vital equipment. Lewisham Hospital have thanked them for their new pair of tweezers.

 

So Raab said yesterday that there is now the capacity to conduct 40,000 tests a day but they’re only testing about 18,000 people a day at the minute. Can they just not be arsed to do the other 22,000?

 

It’s the new line that will be repeated until the end of the month when they declare it a great success that they’ve got up to a totally unverifiable capacity of 100,000. Anyone who points out that Hancock’s big declaration was to test 100,000 a day and they’re nowhere near it will be accused of just finding an excuse to slate the government.

 

It’s not a great boast though is it? We can test people but we just didn’t bother. Yet again they’re caught up in their own lie.

 

People will be blamed for not turning up or not wanting a test. Thousands of them.
