I’m having a bbq. marinated some chicken in teriyaki sauce to make some kebabs. Make some lamb keema kebabs on a stick. Pork ribs are marinating in the same blend I do for pulled pork and have made a bbq glaze for them. Got some sausages too as it is illegal to have a bbq without them. Oh and some haloumi
Can't knock any of this, apart from the ribs, need to be cooked fully before going anywhere near a BBQ, even then they are never the same as when you eat out at a good place. Keema lamb wouldn't last long here!
No way. I live doing ribs on the bbq. Cook them on a low side then glaze and whack them on the hottest part. They will look incinerated when I’m done. as will pretty much everything else tbf
