Could be, I expect they'll just simultaneously email all outlets with a statement. I'm of the opinion that today's meeting between the controlling parties is precisely that. There'll likely be an announcement before any further Companies House movement, as everything is now waiting on submission following PL checks. It then takes a number of days for anything to show up.
