I'm in the same boat, since full retirement I've put up a kilo or two, my six pack has turned into a barrel. If I was in lycra the only way I'd see my lunchbox would be in a mirror. A loose comfort fit will do for me I've seen some online.

It's been an ongoing date once a month or so. She does enjoy her footy loves her occasional trip to St Marys gets a bit excited and swears in several languages. 2/3 Indonesian, English and Dutch. She's fond of the wheat beer to I vary a bit, Palm usually, there's a selection in the fridge. I bought some Peroni Libera which I think is ok and it is 0%. I'm not much of a drinker but it tastes alright to me.
