A sad day - Norman played 108 times for Bristol City (76-79)
His experienced helped us stay in what was then the 1st Division for 3 years
    RIP Norman <rose>

    I'm same as you Eire.

It's such sad news and just won't be the same without Norman being around the place on match days.

Really sad news. I have happy childhood memories of me and my dad having kickabouts with him and his son (similar age to me) in their back garden. Takes me back to another time. Thoughts with his family. RIP Norm.

Absolutely devastated with this sad news

I had to stop the car when I heard the announcement of Norman's death, I dwelled up immediately, in the end I drove home in a trance with a heavy heart

Saw him play in the early '70's at Portman Rd, proper old school, they don't make them like that anymore. RIP Norman Hunter.
