First time being sitting out in the truck on the street during the ‘Thursday clap’ and got ever so embarrassed with the people looking and cheering us....was nice though
(I even put the lights and sirens on for the kids....put a smile on their faces)

Just got offered some bags of plaster from a retailer. 20 quid a bag! There really are some twats trying to make a quick buck out of this.

A Cadbury caramel is essential to me! I'm addicted to them. Imagine being up in court for purchasing a caramel.

    A national chain?
Equally there will be a small number of trades people whacking prices up post COVID 19 as demand outstrips supply for their services

A smaller outlet, one that I shall no longer use! British Gypsum have stopped manufacturing apparently. I have enough to do my next 2 jobs next week luckily but after that I'm pretty scuppered.

I bet the average PC will be rolling their eyes at this...how to make yourself massively unpopular in one easy move
So if I buy an Easter egg tomorrow is that essential? What if I pick up 3 bottles of shower gel rather than one?
Policing is losing the plot (at the top certainly)

l’ve just come off a large job ( 7 months ) a week ago and have no inquiries, no prospects.... absolute squat to be precise.

I’m normally booked in advance ( a lot less than before my fraudster issue ) but l, like probably most tradies here have nothing coming up.

Pretty bleak to be honest. Can’t get any govt benefits that are being offered but l know there are many worst off than myself.

l really feel for families with young children who must be going nuts locked up.

Doesn't it come from the government? If the guidelines (are they laws now?) that the police are being asked to enforce aren't sensible, they are going to look stupid in doing so. How is a woman sitting alone on a bench by the river causing any harm? How are three people from the same household sitting on the grass in a park doing any harm? Why should I be restricted to one daily exercise outing, or one weekly shopping trip (for essentials only), if I can do these things safely?

Wash your hands a lot and try not to get within six feet of other people for a while. That should suffice.

    New Zealand stortford

585 dollars per week for 12 weeks paid as a lump sum of over 7000 dollars per employee to employers with employers to make all efforts to pay staff 80 per cent of normal.salary
Already the government has paid out about six billion dollars
This was being paid out in week one
We also have a proper lockdown in place which most people are abiding by

There are payments for the self employed and small businesses too
