I think they are going to talk about us after the break. The presenter was complimentary when giving a run down of the table. Really want to hear what they say.

They gave me quite a bit of air time so I had a great conversation with him. Good lad, wasn't biased at all.

    Main points:

We are very under appreciated, especially by the sky sports pundits.
Everyone has paid more attention to the out-goings than the in-comings. Praised Cabaye and Arfa.
Playing better football without Nolan and Carroll.
Pundits haven't even paid attention to our performances. How we have dominated our last few games.
Paid a special mention to our spine. Colo, who I said has been given no recognition for the last 18 months, Krul, Taylor, Tiote and Cabaye.
We are a lot more realistic than most pundits think. We might threaten the Euro places but would be delighted with a top-ten finish as well.
Demba Ba was going through Ramadan but now he has become a lot sharper.
League Cup could be a good competition for us. Have Blackburn who we dominated today, so could go through to the next round. Other prem teams have been drawn against each other so it could be good for us.

Then he tried to test me saying our fixtures so far have been easy up to now, but then I broke it down to him:
Sunderland - a derby, nobody knew who was going to win. QPR - had a buzz with their new signings and we were away. Villa - we were relegated there and it has never been a good ground for us. Arsenal - they were not the same as they are now.

What do you guys think of that? Was it a fair representation of our views?

The fact is when we play Tottenham and something they will start squirming so they will be hoping we lose so they can start saying "see we were right".

Yeah, I could have just said there are no easy games but I thought I would make him look a bit stupid by breaking it down :) I was watching his face whilst I was talking and I could see he knew it was a good comeback. But he asked that question because he was trying to provoke an uneducated reaction but I stayed calm. Also, said we had a big off day at QPR, but what team doesn't. And he agreed with that.

Haha, why thank you. I think more calls from us 606 members who are actually realistic (most of us ;)) will go a long way to restoring our image, even though I don't really care what the pundits say anymore.

    Yeah I heard you!

You're from London and you sound quite young if I'm honest.

I don't get this with pundits though. Before the season they don't know where we're going to get points and goals from, but when we start doing well it was teams we "should be beating anyway".

    AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
