Can we keep this unbeaten run going?

  1. Wolves (A) will be a tough game no doubt, but they're not the same team as last season.

Qpr and Spurs beat them, i think we can beat them or at least get a point. My heart says a 1-2 win, head says a 1-1 draw.

Spurs (H) - It'll be a close one, but i don't think we should view this as loss straight away. Spurs are good, but i think any result could happen in this game. I personally reckon it could be a 1-1 or a 2-2 draw. Either side could nick this and we got points from most of the top sides last season. They're better than last season, but so are we.

Wigan (H) - This has to be a win. Surely.

I think our first defeat of the season will come at Stoke on the 31st of October.

Wolves will be very tricky. Don't be fooled by the QPR and Spurs games. QPR was a bad game for them but Spurs are a top team and the quality came through. But as shown today, Liverpool won a tightly contested match. They are BETTER than last season IMO. Fletcher and Doyle, with Jarvis out wide. Still a threat. But I still think we can carry on our unbeaten run.

However I think we will lose against Spurs. Their strength is our weakness. They have amazing wingers and we have decent full-backs. Kind of worried about that match.

But we never do well against them! Wish I could go again and set the record straight!

Wolves away will be much harder than today's game, I think the quality of opposition really improves over the next couple of games so I will be delighted to maintain an unbeaten start to the end of October. It will be really tough

I think we will be lucky to get as many as 2 points against Wolves and Tottenham.

<laugh> I'm just trying to keep things realistic, we haven't really played anyone on form yet have we?

Wolves we could draw, and maybe, maybe nick a winner
Tottenham will be very difficult and I can't see more than a draw from that..

We CAN beat Wolves, but we must not underestimate them.

Remember, we went to them last year on the back of 6-0ing Villa and drew 1-1.

Jarvis down the right is a deadly threat, and Doyle and Fletcher have both been linked with big clubs before.

EDIT: I say it'll either be 1-1 or 3-2 us. Depends who has their shooting boots on.
