    I've heard Virgin do that, but Sky told me it wasn't an option. Only choice was end it now or in 30 days. May have changed since then, of course.

    I tried pausing Sky Sports package online (they’re not accepting calls)

    Won’t let me complete the task - they’re ‘unable to accept the request - please try later’ <grr>

    Must’ve tried it 10 times so far :headbang:

    Just now managed to get it paused. Had to jump through hoops to do it though, through automated call, and only because I pressed the ‘I want to leave Sky’ option - this finally gets their attention :biggrin:
