Morning all, hang in there ... ... or whatever the latest expression is. I'm in the same boat. 2019 was chaotic even by my standards and I'd hoped, for Mrs Smug's sake, that this year would be calm and easy. Oops

Got to look for the positives and find opportunity becs. I've dug my weights back out of loft. Iordered muscle foods own meal plan box which is high protein and lower calories. If I have to stay in and the only food I have is healthy, then I can't eat ****e. Plus it's on a repeat subscription, so I don't need to go shopping anymore I'm trying to sleep in until 7 rather than get up at my usual 5.30, because I have sleep issues which are a major factor in my under par health. All of that can be done instead of my morning commute. The evening commute is instead spent on checking in with friends and family to make sure everyone is okay. It's a bad situation, but like any situation we have to find the best in it. The only problem I have is that I'll not be able to get a haircut in months. I'm already started to look ridiculous.
