I'm just not getting what people are doing with all the food they have bought, yet still queuing for more. It's said we've bought an extra £1Billion of food in the last three weeks, more food than we would have bought in the four months leading up to Christmas. So what the fook they doing with it all!

I last went shopping a week ago, I generally buy fornightly, I've still got enough food for another week. You can only buy and store so much food! Any perishables over a week old, if you haven't eaten or frozen them, they will only be fit for the bin, with the exceptions of stuff like spuds and onions.

Add to that every supermarket delivery slot is booked out three weeks, even local farm shop deliveries are full to capacity. I get people are home so they will eat more and pubs, restaurants are closed but a billion quid, ffs, and still queuing!

There is clearly too much money in some people's pockets. There is not even any logic behind it, because people were at threat of not getting paid initially, so they were spending money, despite not knowing when the next wage was coming in.

Ern's been after a fight for ages, he wants to kill this redcoat rep once and for all.. <whistle>

Yeah ok... Hi mate... errr.... awks... but... if you need a piss can you just bring a bucket cos my Mrs doesn’t want you in the house, in case you’re infected... fetch your own flask as well pal. Sweet.

Hahahahaha!!!! Human beings have far longer intestines than true carnivores such as cats. We're not really even omnivores like bears. Closer to the truth to say we're herbivores that supplement our diet with proteins (meat and fish and insects) when the opportunity arises.

My neighbours were like modern day Beverly Hillbillies - they loaded the 4x4 up with a month's worth of groceries and their pets and went off to a caravan site in Filey. They won't be missed.

Jesus Christ you've gone full mongo <laugh>

Just to clarify, my only point was that it was cattle-rearing that was causing the deforestation, which you agreed to earlier but now you're saying it's soya. Please make your mind up?

What you forgot about in your totally not-triggered rant is that in this fictional scenario (which seems to evolve depending on what's going through your tiny brain at the time), people would no longer be eating meat, which means 60-70% of the forest being cleared yearly for cattle fields would not happen in the first place. That's quite a lot? You've also forgotten to use all the land freed up in your maths, which is enough space to growing enough ****ing soya to feed the world several times over.

A completely different point would be that most countries in the world would become self-sufficient for food due to all the land reclaimed from rearing animals, enough to feed everyone without cutting trees down. Most predictions state that there would be so much ****ing land freed up most of it would revert back to nature.

That weird little rant at the end where you started talking about feeding people in this fictional scenario makes no sense. We'd never even started discussing that. Guess it's easy to claim you're right if you start chatting bollocks and pat yourself on the head for it <applause>

PS: As mentioned earlier, I'm not a vegan <ok>

The human small intestine, which makes up the majority of the digestive tracts length, is filled with hemoreceptors, those are specifically for the breaking down of amino acids in meat, as they react with collagen. We have nothing similar for plant protein and have to rely on the ones for meat to break it down, which it's not very good at. Monogastric herbivores break down their food in their cecums, which make up 30-80% of their intestinal tract, the cecum in humans makes up less than 1%.

I'd suggest not taking your information from memes sent to you on facebook in future, unless you like proving your ignorance.
