Staying home today and trying to work out how I can survive this financially.

 

Morning all, its a difficult time for people and I'm hoping everyone finds a way through this.

 

Getting ready for my 3 month lock in. The plus side is I should save a couple of bob.

Lads who volunteer in the shop I work in still have to gan & sign on

So much for lock down

It's the mixed messages coming out that I don't understand

I'm only staying in if they put the army on the streets

Woe betide if they stop me getting my 4 cans in on a morning after graft

There be more causalties off me than Islamic state

We guessed there'd be a French total lockdown so did a month's shopping yesterday. We had some nasty comments, when people heard us speak, but I think it was responsible. We can now stay away from people and just stay home.

We both woke up with coughs and a temperature so it may be we've actually been inadvertently public minded.

We're in the middle of nowhere and 40 minutes from a supermarket and the public ...

... so our major concern is cabin fever and the inevitable cannibalism

 

Always better to be safe than sorry. Hopefully you've both got nowt more than a seasonal cold.

We flew back for the Bristol Rovers match which is lethal for us, always seem to catch summat when we fly.

We'd already decided our next 'home visit' would be in the car ...
