I hardly see you doing any differently if we start from scratch again. You'll be mid table again with the way you play.
Under Arteta we’ve been playing far better overall. Might be good to have some time to train his methods ready to start again! Plus the odd new signing would be useful. I’m expecting Arsenal to be much better next season. Not league challenging better but going for a top 4 spot.
Nobody can foresee what will happen or even likely happen at this point. Personally I think they've jumped a bit too soon with suspending leagues. It's different for events like the Grand National if that was to be cancelled. People's health is paramount concern but once you've shut something down for a relatively few cases - and I am in no way disregarding or belittling the impact on them - it makes forward planning unclear.
In 2 to 3 weeks we will be hitting figures like Spain and Italy and everything will shut down. Why we haven't jumped the gun and does it already is solely down to the economy
I was discussing with Solid the other day about caution being sensible and not pointless as he was saying so I'm very much in favour of acting responsibly. I think this could cause panic whereas before it was sensible precautions.
Canadian researchers have now isolated the virus causing covid 19 so that's a big step forward. I did get the joke btw.
Stay positive. Can't remember which year but in the '60's there was a really bad winter and all football was suspended for about 5 weeks. The season resumed and finished as usual just later than usual. I know this is different but that 60's winter is a precedent in football at least.
I think Arteta is a good choice for Arsenal. It will be interesting to see who does best over the coming seasons between Arsenal, Spurs, Chelsea and Man U. They're all playing catch up, and you can include Citeh in that too
Or even without their families like they do when they go on tour? No idea, but with the billions involved in football, they'll certainly explore options
Exactly this. Even the government are accepting that the cats out of the bag and we need to manage the peak so it doesn’t all happen in a 2 week window. Klopp is dead right, football isn’t important at times like this. The timing still sucks though
