It was ****ing ****. I hope that we can still pull it round though.
That is a real weakness of ours, that we can be rough-housed and put out of our stride. Missing a Bally or a Cattermole?

Big game on Saturday. We need to be up for it but not panicky like tonight.

Catts is a massive miss. We have nobody capable of that role. No real “captain “

Watched my first match on SAFSee - but only because a friend is a Gas head.

Missed the first 15 minutes with conection issues - and only got to stream because I was told to install Microsoft Edge (I was already using Chrome, one of the 3 recommended browsers - the other being Firefox).

Missed about 20% of the remainder of the match (including BOTH goals) because the feed kept on freezing.

Had to keep on checking the updates on BBC sport (using a phone signal) to keep up with what was happening on the pitch because of missing on-field altercations and bookings.

How can they possibly justify supplying this as a commercial service?!

As for the game - both sides were ****e, only we were more ****e. In fact, I think that they might put this game as an example under '****e' in the dictionary.

As i said earlier, defensively we had a good run going pre Bailey Wright but god knows what has happened recently.

since the match ended i have been going over it in my head to try to find some...no, ONE positive to take from the game and i can only come up with 'at least it was only two goals.

actually, if i am to be strictly honest i never even waited for the final whistle, if there was another football team sat in the stands watching this game then we were third best team on the night, to not register even a single attempt never mind one on target was shocking, brave move by the manager to start with scowen and lafferty as the lads needed a break but i feel it backfired (not going to call him for it, when most had been calling for some changes) and they were in our faces from the off, we did not/could not handle it and we lost the game from then on.

ref watch, once again we were pulled back for throw ins and free kicks they were not...we put two men on one of theirs and they get a free kick, they went two on one and no free kick...not that the ref altered the result but i am starting to take more notice now, we only seem to get 'blatant' free kicks while the opposition get some very soft ones...beginning to think a few refs are trying to show they will not 'favour the big teams', this ref has handed out plenty of cards this season but seemed reluctant to go into his pocket at first and i think most cards were simply down to players gobbing offinstead of walking away.

we need a damn good reaction next game or we can kiss the play offs goodbye, still hoping it is a bit of a blip and we can kick on, but nothing tonight convinced me that that might be the case.

@SleevesElliott Not enough hunger in this squad to better themselves and get promoted. I feel majority of squad know they won’t be good enough for Championship and aren’t that bothered about going up as they will be moved on from club if they do. Just happy to be here in L1. #safc

Looks like this was spot on, in hindsight. Another awful performance.

I stopped using this after the same issues last season where I wrote to the club and got a refund, the service was as poor then as we are currently playing on the pitch sadly.

    It was, absolutely shameful ....

.... no real reason that team couldn't beat Bristol.

There's something rotten in the club.

I hate to bring it back up but i will. Quite a few on here spat their dummies out when i mentioned how much of a miss Bailey Wright was going to be, and how he should have been looked after better given his injury record and his importance to us getting promoted.

Apparently we had more than adequate cover in Ozturk, and somebody even went as far as to say we can just recall Baldwin back, so alls good <doh>. Our winning run coincided when he started getting a start for us and our shyte performances have returned the moment he got injured.

I rest my case. As you were.....

No pleasure taken in being right on this occasion. Gutted for the fans who travelled all the way down there to witness that.
All isn’t lost yet but I don’t think there’s a cat in hells chance of finishing in top two.

If that’s the case that’s a massive issue. A few alluded to that last season.

Bloody hell, just looked over the road and they're calling for all and sundry's heads.

One knacker has suggested that we boo the players.
Another is still blaming Smug for "conning the fans"

Glad i gave it almost 12 hours before having a look

When I offered a £1000 bet all the weirdos went very quiet and scuttled off. Now I can't respond they're very brave again.

I stand by every word I said which was no different to the BBC, the fanzines, Jack Ross, Methven, etc.

The only positive (to me) is that Parkinson seems as pissed off as we are. Last season we had Ross and, whilst he was an OK manager, he never seemed to be annoyed at our players. Always looking for excuses. Parkinson seems to think like we do in that respect.

We haven't played well the last few games (slight understatement) - but last night was possibly the worst I've ever seen us play - even in the 15 and 19 point seasons - at least we had a go!

Reading their forum, some are very critical of our players over reacting and play acting. Any truth in this lat night? I didn't watch it. But I know a few of our players are definetly capable of ****housery. Mind most teams in this league are
