It came from their time wasting, its something that needs looking at imo.

That squad is weak as piss mentally. It cost us last year and it's costing us again now. No real leaders just posers.

Dont think PP willl make so many changes in a season tbh., but I would like to see more of Lafferty, who with the right support could make our season, even at this late stage.

Just seen mandron's 2nd goal. Consensus on twitter seems to be bad defending. Really quick feet for me. Great goal from the lad. If maguire had done it we'd be raving about it.

Lack of game management is a big concern, we should be able to see any injury time out especially at home. These last 3 games have really cost us.

think it was smug in boots who mentioned the throw ins...watched careful today and sure enough they were never moved back at any throw in yet we were made to move back on some...that is not including the most blatant foul throw i have ever seen that the officials also ignored from them...their 2nd goal came from a throw in, their manager picked the ball up at least 5 yards past where it had gone out, he then pointed to his player to stand at least 5 yards further along then threw the ball to him and he picked up at least the same again walking along the touchline before throwing it in, taken from the correct spot he would never have managed to reach the box with it.

other than that, we REALLY need to learn to manage a game for the last 5 or 10 minutes, aiming to hoof it into the corner just meant we gave it away time and again

It was very well-taken. The bad defending was letting the ball get into the box. I'd like to see it again to find out who lost the first header. Gillingham are a big, physical side I suppose.

I somehow never felt comfortable today I reverted to my default position of pulling me hat over me face when they were attacking :emoticon-0140-rofl:

He has struggled with his form, and is not an automatic starter, strange how he always does it against us, the manager has spoken about his attitude in the past stopping him from fulfilling his obvious potential, I quite liked him when he was here, but he likes the bright lights a bit too much, reading between the lines. Another Connor Wickham maybe.

    My two penneth of generalisation.

Ozturk and Flanagan - clumsy and always likely to fk up at least twice a game.

Power and Dobson. Too slow and create nothing. They are too static. The Elgin marbles show more movement.

The rest of the squad I can put up with.

    Not too disappointed now.
    Lafferty scores goals.
Parky was not happy about the defending. Sounded like he kicked some backsides after.
    We're three points off second.
    Bring it on!

Whatever happens between here on in, it's all going down to the wire, without a doubt. Strap yourselves in and grin and bare it!!!

So the2 players you singled out are the 2 players who assisted the goals.! Not sure what Hume did wrong today? Got the ball in a very good area a number of times. Dobson was k but unspectacular. It was a pass Iniesta would’ve been happy with fir the second goal though! Power, I thought, was awful

Didn't see then second half due to inadequate internet, complaint going off to Ryanair!!!

On to Bristol now which becomes even more important.

Rotherham seem to have lost their grip, and it's important that we don't.

Hume was very poor particularly first half, Power gave him a proper roasting for not making a forward run when he played the ball between full back and centre half, there were several other similar occasions The lad needs a rest, wasn't surprised when he was subbed. Cracking through ball by Dobson, but overall very poor today imo his general passing was terrible, which is a shame cos he has been doing very well. Power was another I could have mentioned as he was off the pace as well.

Calmed down a bit now and while I think first place is Coventry's to lose, second place is very much still up for grabs. I'm finding the lack of clean sheets a bit disapointing like, need to get that sorted.
