Aye, but there's a difference between tactics and formation. You can play the same 4-3-3 formation and be much more defensive if you make sure your wingers cover back and follow the full backs, my main issue is how passive we are without the ball, the lack of pressing and pressure on the ball allows teams to get into our half with little effort, then they just pick us off over the course of 90 mins. It's like we're waiting or hoping that the oppo make a mistake and lose the ball so we can break at speed, only we've not got the 2 players who allowed us to do that for half a season

 

Got to be them a bit , can’t pass a ball 6 yards, or tackle, or some of them barely move . That comes from the top I agree, and he is out his depth - but some of them are stealing a living

 

Although terry’s a dead man walking, I don’t believe he tells the team to make every fourth pass to the opposition. Having said that it’s been happening for months now

 

Is this 10 or 11 defeats now on the bounce, I've lost count and to be honest lost interest this manager is way out his league and at this rate so will we be, come next season.

They lined up 4-2-3-1 - the two wide players of the three aren't tracking back when we lose the ball (which is often); as DJNo4 says, some of these ****s are stealing a living.

 

Problem I see is that we are so overrun in midfield these average players cannot find our own due to the space being crowded out .. its embarassing a so called professional manager cant see that .. it really is .. play 5 across the middle to give us a spare man .. fkn simple .. but get diggers in there .. Stewart teaming up with Batty to battle it out .. when we were at our pomp under Bruce we won the battles with Livermore and Myler working as a team breaking things up .. closing space .. we need to employ a similar tactic to get us out of this mess

 

Time to stock up on videos of us winn....err scoring.

 

If KLP is coming on to play left wing, I may just give up and go for a run.....he's a striker please please please ****ing play him there

 

I'd normally be saying, **** them off and give some of the youngsters a chance.... but in the circumstances that would be throwing them to the wolves...
