He managed to visit the flood victims, about a week before the fat controller, was shamed into finally showing up.

Yeah I saw....Just for his usual slimy photo opportunity. I was happy with Boris in London sorting the country out rather than getting mocked for moving a sandbag.
I notice you get touchy when Comedy Corbyn is mentioned. Please tell me you didn't vote for Mr Unelectable? <laugh>

No I voted for my local MP who saw off the useless Flick Drummond. To me Corbyn was the lesser of two evils. He's not the guy to lead a party, that much was clear.

Johnson however, is just a **** of a human being, a racist, woman beating, lying sack of crap, but very good at manipulating people who believe the hype and don't see him for what he really is.

That’s the crux of it and if people really feel Johnson is the lesser of two evils for them then fine. Normal people becoming fanboys and making excuses for his behaviour are just really ****ing odd. There are people here who would have a cup of tea waiting if he was upstairs shagging their wife.

    Not naming names, obviously.

Absolutely it's like people's morality does a total swerve, like you've said previously it's cultish behaviour

Bob, he was talking about working patterns to be looked into, flexible working is the way forward but way more complex than 'an extra day off' a week which was a headline for sun readers because thinking is tricky. For instance I sometimes put a few extra hours in a couple of days in the week and do a four day week. Corbyn was suggesting life/work balance to be looked into and the media pulled together a headline that they thought would help enrage and influence their readership

Nah I'm going to have to disagree here wills.

Corbyn is about worklife balance but he wasnt talking about 40 hour weeks spread over 4 days. (There may have been exceptions to the rule for certain industries). He was deffo wanting to do 32 hour weeks, 4 days on same pay.

I can see the theory around it but i disagree with it. He obviously wasnt planning on integrating that any time soon as he had a load of plans but still, i disagree with the premise all the same

    Lol.
Admittedly, it wasn't the most constructive post.

It's just that this constant hatred of anything remotely connected to the Tories gets rather tiresome.
The Chancellor and the tea thing being a perfect example.

I've said many times that if there was a sensible, centre left Labour opposition, they would stand a very good chance of getting my vote.
You guys should put all your efforts into getting such a party. Corbyn's policies won't get you elected.
The Tories are definitely not the answer for a lot of our problems, but I do believe they aren't the Tories of the past who's status as the nasty party is set into folklore stone.
Boris, for all his many faults, is a very liberal Tory.

Hopefully, that's a bit more of a constructive answer.
