Tbh...Levy looks like he is gonna have to answer a LOT of questions about Maureen's appointment.
A team who have played 5 or 6 more matches than us, who played less than 72 hours ago (in Europe) have given us the run around.
There is nothing, absolutely nothing, good to say about us...NO premier league team should be this bad defence wise.

That was desperately poor in the end, our defending is basically non-existent and while we had one or two moments going forward, we rely way too much on fullbacks for creativity considering Aurier is inconsistent AF and Davies has never really succeeded in adding that to his game.

Maybe it's time to start calling Mourinho on what he's doing for us, rather than what he did years ago?

First 2 goals were really soft and that's cost us. All jokes aside, I still think we played quite well but when you give the opposition 2 easy ones it's going to be very difficult. We should have had a pen though, it's a foul anywhere else and 100% gets ruled out by Var if it was a Spurs attacker with the push and we'd scored.

 

Criticism of Levy is fair enough but Maureen is a joke

 

I actually thought we were a bit better than in some recent games, some of which we took points from. I also thought Wolves were worse than I thought they would be, and actually were better at their place when we beat them. I think a team that scores with each of their shots on target are fortunate rather than clever generally, and considering we had a couple of penalty shouts we should have had something from the match. This is not being blinkered, in some recent matches we've got more from them than we deserved.

 

Played ok in certain spells but in general just a mess.

Make a useless player captain, pick Dier in the line up, keep Alli on for 90 minutes, take until we go behind to make a change (exactly like Pochettino) and brings on a striker in extra time when Alli could've been hooked about 30 mins earlier... Jose's making it hard for me to keep giving him the benefit of the doubt. Still want him to have a strong summer but ****ing hell, this needs to improve ten fold. We look so easy to beat, so, so easy.

Levy can **** himself as well for making us pay what we are. I've generally been a fan of his for the most part but I'm fuming with this club at the moment, couldn't feel further apart from it if I tried.

It always seemed a ridiculous appointment and one totally unsuited to you, gonna cost you millions too. Absolutely bonkers.


Even leaving aside the debate on whether you think he's outdated or not, he's not even got you organised and defending well. What else does he offer exactly?

 

I think most people predicted this result when we saw the line up, absolute dross and there is no excuse, we had a week to prepare and yet we are still hapless defensively, Mourinho has not improved us one iota, injuries or no injuries he should be able to make us more solid as a unit, but it appears we are gradually getting worse.

Our biggest problem is lack of protection from midfield, previously we had prime Dembele and Wanyama dominating the midfield which meant the opposition were largely kept at arms length, and our defenders were not exposed nearly as much.These days we have water carrier Winks, who is too lightweight and can`t tackle, which means the opposition play through us like a knife through butter.

Our sudden drop off in form all started when Dembele left and Wanyama got injured, this decline was predicted by Poch and all that did was get him the sack. ENIC, Lewis and Levy need to overhaul this squad to the required levels in the summer or fack off and sell out to somebody who will. We have too many bang average and error prone players, Dier, Davies, Aurier, Winks etc are not good enough and several others not producing like they used to..
