Yeah there was bugger all quality from us today but they gave it their best shot imo.

I think we've gone a bit stale and should make a couple of changes, I suspect Lafferty would score more and give us more composure than Wyke. I'm not holding my breath mind.

Parkinson seriously needs to mix things up abit now, this loyalty to the first 11 seriously needs to stop.
Laffery deserves a start with or without Wyke partnering him. Scowen and Semenyo are both proven Championship players aswell that must wonder why they even bothered signing for us!

As ive said all along its a squad game, not a team game. Weve gained 1 point out of the last 2 games and the game before that we only started scoring once our opponents went down to 10 men. Its time to mix things up!

Absolutely this. Wyke battled well against their big defenders today but it was a thankless task. Yes, he possibly should have scored a header, but if a corner provides our lone striker with his only real chance of the game, then we've got other problems.

It seems to me that our central midfield (plus O'Nien) are just water carriers and energy. They're not creating anything, just hoping Maguire and Gooch can provide a moment of magic. I'd like to see what Scowen can offer next week. I'd be tempted to give Semenyo a game and give Gooch a rest as well. Someone has to start making more runs from midfield to give Wyke an option to knock on to.

I'm not sure PP, us or Semanyo knows what his position is yet. I agree about Gucchi though. I would be temped to drop Wyke for Lafferty and Gucchi for Semanyo. Then do you play Semanyo behind Laff or move McGuire in to a central role and stick semi on the wing?

one defeat too many now that Oxford result seems a long time ago, notice that coventry were playing route one football where is we were trying to get down the wings every time and got no where too sloe to the ball as well. this is the start of the collapse like last season, kidding ourselves how good we are. what is with Watmore by the way we missed him? this is a wasted season not signing Boyce done us.

Too many. But for each one he lost, Maguire nicked two or three. Gooch also failed to get any crosses in once Lafferty came on.

We should have had a penalty but didn't complain enough according to the experts, maybe we should learn from Coventry, who to be fair to themdid not waste time like Bartons Army.

Negative? Its time to be honest ffs. Take your head out of yout ar$e!!
No one is saying we are shyte or Parkinson should be sacked. We are stating the obvious and that is we need to make changes of personnel and tactics and start mixing things up abit ffs.
That starting 11 we are forever picking has become stagnant now!

we huffed and puffed our way through this one mind, just looked at the stats posted earleir and i have no idea where all those shots on target came from, apart from the goal i saw nothing of note to trouble either keeper...our midfield has produced very little (dobson/power) and we rely on crossing the ball far too often imho.

need to freshen things up as the players are looking a bit leggy, far too many balls given away also, performance was decent though, they ran themselves ragged but again we lost it in the final 3rd.

Our remaining games are all 'winnable ' imo. Weve nothing to fear except ourselves. They'll all drop points at the top and if we can get on another unbeaten run, who knows.

I didn't think much of them, but they got us tactically. We were left wanting.
