"The FA panel have based their decision on the balance of probability rather than proving Kiko to be guilty beyond reasonable doubt..."

On a positive, we can use Meslier for those 8 games and not trigger the £5m fee if we don't want to.

It's so wrong that ANY player can play the race card and it can hinder a clubs chances.

Disgraceful that they can do this without proof, just probability, that they think they are above the law.
I wish Kiko or the club would take it to the high court.

From the wording of the statement it looks like the club will back him.

I agree with Ristac, there's a opportunity for corruption of individuals and fixing long-term outcomes by the back door here.

Well I've just seen it and it stinks. This is not justice at all as you can't convict someone on a probability. Sure I read this week foristieri at sheff weds lost his appeal. So now the tossers can convict kiko or anyone they wish.
We as Leeds supporters have known for years about the agenda against us. Now we have absolute truth with no probability involved at all. God I hope we stuff dull city tomorrow and we go on an unbeaten run. This may backfire on the League and fire us up for the run in.

Perhaps this will trigger an "us versus them" mentality as we had in the -15 season and spur us on to smash everybody from here on in?

Hopefully but on the back of three clean sheets and three wins you'd fear that it might have the opposite effect. I just hope Meslier does well in his first game, one bad error and his confidence could be shot. I dread to think if he goes to pieces and we look at this as a turning point that our promotion hopes died

Karma’s a bitch. Odds on Kiko saving a penalty in the last minute if the last game of the season to relegate Charlton ?

I'm sure Leko will get a great reception last game of the season, if he's not 'injured '

If Leeds appeal, it is thought the appeal could take 4-5 weeks, it would mean Kiko missing the last 5-6 games and any possible play off games. Me personally, I would appeal and see if we can build on what we have already built in the way of a lead. If the appeal is successful we have lost nothing, if we lose the appeal we lose him for less games, yes it would run over into next season but IF we are in the PL we certainly need a better keeper anyway

I have no time for those playing the racist card in a game of football there nothing but a bunch of F------ b---- b-----
The lot of them they all need to grow a pair the F-----B----B-----these comments could be interpreted as racist but are not far from the truth probably.
The verdict on the grounds of probability just serves to encourage others to do the same and no doubt some enterprising manage may use this to further his own clubs chance of promotion
    The whole thing stinks

I’m surprised the FA Panel didn’t at the same time ban Meslier on the probability he’s better than Casilla.

This probability bollocks is all wrong but let’s face it they’ve done us a favour.

Another thing that’s wrong with the timing of the announcement is that the players could have spent the last 48 hours training with the knowledge that Meslier would be in goal tomorrow.

    All timed for maximum disruption.
