They will be full of confidence as they stretched their winning run to three games following their one-nil win at The Riverside Stadium. Meanwhile 60 miles due East ,Hull's only victory of 2020 came on New Years Day against the Wendies. Since the turn of the year they have scored 9, but conceded 20. The January departures of Jarrod Bowen and Kamil Grosicki may have raised between 12-15m but with with the Allam family in charge, I would expect the money to be invested back into their club. Hull's latest defeat, at home v Barnsley saw the Tigers drop to 17th place in the table, four points and five places from the drop zone. Following the defeat Tigers Manager Grant McCann warned his players what a similar performance would mean on Saturday against Leeds:- “We’ve got a very, very tough game on Saturday. One of the best teams in the league are coming here,” said McCann. “If we perform like we did (against Barnsley) then we’ll get hammered. That’s exactly what I’ve told the group. “We need to roll our sleeves up now, do it for themselves, do it for their families, do it for this football club. They need to start taking responsibility and that’s everyone.” Leeds await news on whether the FA will ban Kiko Casilla for apparent racist language. French U20 shot stopper Illan Messlier stands by. Kalvin Phillips faces a late fitness test having sustained a dead leg a week ago against Reading. Berardi will deputise, as he did midweek against Boro. Patrick Bamford will once again lead the forward line. Recent 15m loan signing Jean-Kevin Augustin (apparently) picked up a minor muscle injury which Bielsa confidently predicts will keep the big man on the treatment table until next week. The 22yo has played less than 50 minutes for the Whites since signing over a month ago on loan. If you ask me, he;s not injured, he just has La hump with Bielsa!!!
It will be easiest game you will play all season.....4-0.....at least......off to league one we go,but personally i don't care, just want the two clowns gone
Don't under estimate Hull, Wilks will be back and he will want to put one over on us, hopefully Phillips will be fit in time to resume his position and I'm really hoping Hull do not sack McCann before Saturday. Looking through the Hull forum and fans opinions of him they seem to want him gone. We should win this comfortably but then I can bet Brentford fans felt the same when they lined up against Luton
Play nice boys. I'd be well miffed if I followed Hull. With Bowen and Grosicki they had a decent chance of making the play offs. To sell them and then possibly go down is very Leedsiesque. I feel the pain from here!
Sorry I don't, those cnuts revelled in our demise, hope they go into total freefall. It's more a whimper from a young kitten, than a tiger's roar nowadays.
If you knew anything about football, outside of your Leeds bubble, you'd know why there were so few fans attending.
The comments from your lot over the years about us leaves me nothing but contempt for you, so glad it's going so wrong, another couple of years and you'll have a nice couple of games against Grimsby to look forward to, unless they go up in the meantime of course.
Yes we do have 2 clowns, but if you read about sports in general, you would know which 2 clowns i am referring too......ehab & assem allam, and yes we do have a few clowns as fans.....as does every team
Would you leave the road map to the lower league clubs that you've been using for the last 15 years at reception tomorrow please Gessa ?
So you can already see we are no longer going to need it then? You're certainly looking like you are going to need it for next season, it will probably be for a lot longer than 15 years so don't get too cocky
