It's as though he might be hoping for a pay-off at the cost of a poor CV. Someone needs to lift the manager never mind the players. He seems to be edging towards Slutsky's downbeat final weeks. This club seems to have a habit of depressing people.

If you've decided McCann isn't up to it, seems like people will just jump on his every statement. Don't see anything wrong personally with him saying we'll get hammered if play like that again. He's right and it could be seen as the kick up the proverbial that everyone on here has been calling for. He didn't say we will play like that again.
But he's clearly not going to get anything other than a roasting on here for everything he says at the moment, and same goes for the players.
Be nice to think they'll get some positive support on Saturday - they really need it at the moment.

The harsh reality is that he is employed to do a job and as it stands he's demonstrating an inability to meet his job requirements.

Someone just behind us started an 'Allam Out ' chant today. Thought I recognised the voice, it was the same fella who gave us the above 'they're trying' response. Never spoke to him before, but I turned around, shook his hand and commented 'glad you've seen the ****ing light, they havent quite tried hard enough have they?' . He looked bemused, that someone he'd never particularly noticed before was shaking his hand. I'm not sure he actually realised his fickleness had been called out. Made me feel better on a **** day though

I didn't see anything about him being banned from been a company director for 15 years.
