Yes, went to lunch at a restaurant about 15 Km’s away. They’ve been doing it up for quite a while so went for the opening. Owned by a Swede, the food (all Thai) is wonderful. He has another site directly opposite which they are making over for songkran (April).
Yeah, gotta scrub the plastic coat off then burn the **** out of it then cook some ginger, spring onions and any old ****e in coconut oil to give it a good old non stick coating.
