Yeah, he actually won his appeal in any case. Plus he knows in his rational mind that they can’t touch his pension, but the stress they put him through meant he wasn’t thinking rationally all the time.

I know of two other cases of people with long term health problems who have been recently assessed as fit for work - which is fine as far as it goes, but the whole process seems designed not to assist people into work, but simply to force them off benefits regardless.

 

Wanted to ‘like’ this post, but obviously I can’t.

I've checked, there is no function in the admin panel for it. I think the dislike button used to be on the old version of the site before we moved over.

 

were they found fit for work or just put in the Work related activity group which is like a half way house .?

 

Not sure tbh mate. I think they both had a big reduction in benefits though.

One of them's off benefits now, and supporting himself as an artist.

 

Can you not upgrade the site and use the thousands you make from advertising to give us little ‘dislike’ and ‘love’ buttons. Likes are a bit boring, now. Oh and the sad crying emoji would come in handy, also.
