I hope we have worked out the order in which we crunch Grealish. If we can keep the ball away from him, then that is half the battle, but give him time and space and he can be a game changer. Can’t see him still being at Villa come August.
Well I am liking the generally positive vibe surrounding this thread. It is a little chilly and damp for them, but sandals are this week’s must have fashion accessory. Unless you are Boufal. In which case Doc Marten’s with additional steel toe caps should be a contractual obligation, particularly when in any food preparation area.
I'd be up for giving Che Adams a start over Shane Long for this one. If fate is going to let him get a goal this season, surely it has to be against Villa?
Remember those that are going not to get on the players backs if they make a mistake. “To avoid situations in which you might make mistakes may be the biggest mistake of all.” #BePositive PS: Do you think I should try to be a life coach in my next job...
Really need the middle to step up for this game. Redmond is not a huge loss with either Boufal or Djenepo available as both have the ability to create havoc in the oppo back line. Hojberg and JWP both failed to influence the game enough against Burnley, need Ralphy to fire them up for Villa and get some dynamism back in the centre of the park. This fixture should hold no fear for the guys, they can beat Villa and they will do it again if they give their all. That desire has been there since october but didnt show up against Villa. Return to form for us and a good win coming our way. (Reserve the right to amend my opinion if its really cold wet and windy.)
Release The Prowse! Hé sorted Zaha who is the second best diver in the EPL so now it’s time for the master diver to be Prowsed
The way we are playing offensively I think that Ralph will be unlikely to change the front six (injuries apart). I do expect Bedders to come in for Vester though.
