    I like cooking it, but usually only eat a little bit, then cook something else.Guess it's just boredom of Thai/Chinese food..I lived on it for years.

    One thing we don't use here as it's frowned upon but makes a big difference, is MSG. Also the Thais very often add some sugar to their dishes.

    Oh... It's not what i was expecting...I thought it was gonna be salmon in a curry, not some salmon steaks with something hoyed on top off it.

    I would never have thought of putting salmon in a curry.
    My dad used to cook salmon/sea trout/brown trout/rainbow trout in milk.
    Old Weardale recipe I'm guessing.

    You can poach many fish in milk, a nice subtle fish like John Dory works really well...

    So it started as I was taking the cupboard. Came across this which was full btw

    So thought. Do something different. .

    Chopped up some chicken breasts. Mushrooms. Red onions. Yellow pepper. Thought let's wing it..

    So started frying mushrooms added chicken then hoyed in

    Then the onions the content of the jar.. hoyed in the yellow pepper. Some herby shore. Was done..

    Got these if needed. .

    And gonna hot this lot on top
