Well that was painful Something needs to change, the formation, the tactics or the intent but that isn't football.

Would rather watch us lose 6-0 but have a go at the team and try and use the ball when we have it.

Poor performance. Arsenal are under pressure, playing at home and have good attacking options.

We should have scored first half, too many wasted chances. I think Lazaro looked good going forward, but he's not a natural defender, so Manq must come back.

Apart from that... not too much to say, Longstaff should have went to Utd, could have done with that money.

Bit awkward to drop such a big personal issue right in the middle of a match day thread... Goes beyond saying your bit.

Keep it to the footie would ye. Attention seeking.

Bruce is Bruce, we knew what we were getting when we brought him in, I expected him to be ****e, and he's done slightly better than that.

We didnt go for 0-0 at half time, we just didn't have a strike force to convert the chances.

This. Should have scored first half, simple as.

Two goals in the first half were conceded by lazy defending, that's the difference. When Arsenal switch off we can't punish them, when we switched off they scored every opportunity. They have one of the best goal scorers in Europe up front, we have some ****ing gazelle.

Your opinion is an opinion, opinions aren't right or wrong.

But did you think you think Arsenal were any good? We just didn't bother in the second half and made a crap team look good.

We have no strike force and sometimes this works when our defenders get the goals, other times, like today, it doesn't work and a crap team can take advantage.

i just think were getting worse and i believe the stats back up my claim. I also feel history tells us Bruce isnt the answer..

ok we have 31 points , but i look at it deeply thats all ..

looking at this one game arsenal are a better side, but what area of the game did we do well in? i couldn't see any area as i havent for quite some time.

The stats say we were unbeaten in 8 games before this, and for a patchwork side with a ****ton of injuries that's pretty good.

We look a lot more potent when Carroll is playing, but like Gayle, he's always injured and we can't rely on him.

I never thought Bruce was the answer, but while Ashley is here I don't think we're ever going to get an "answer" .

The only things “we” do well are when Max has the ball near the opposition goal. One individual doing his own thing when he’s lucky enough to get the ball up the pitch.

    That’s not a tactic.

You always ,seem to see your true team ,when playing teams like arsenal away.

We ,never seem to do well down there (even though it was half empty.)

conclusion was .most players just gave in and should not be playing at this level

In my honest view ,i cannot see us keeping ASM, next .season

    Lies, damn lies and statistics.

We were clearly the better team in the first half and should have made that difference count in terms of goals.

Arsenal got into half time level and could regroup and change their plan, and they were easily better than us in the second half ,cos we were dire in the second half.

This wasn't an off game, it was an off half. We dominated the first half and it just exposed our lack of bite up front that we couldn't get any goals. After ****ing up that huge opportunity, we got what we deserved.
