I often wonder if Terry studied at the 'Kevin Keegan school of management.' Sadly we don't have the players KK had at his disposal.

Saw it on tv, looked like he was played onside by defenders boot!

Do you think we need a new manager to go with a new captain and someone in midfield who can tackle/take possession from the opposition?

It's funny. I used to get frustrated with Henriksen for passing backwards/sideways but if we could do this now we might have more possession. I also thought about our last away match at Wolves (the year they went up). We had what we all thought was a disjointed team on the pitch but Meyler just ran the midfield for long spells, simply keeping the ball away from Wolves who were flying. We got a point from a memorable team performance.

Wasn’t Eaves behind the ball when it was crossed? Can you be offside for that nowadays? I thought if you were behind the ball you couldn’t be offside?

Exactly. It's as clear as daylight that he wasn't offside thanks to the rugby lines. They mentioned that on the sky commentary. Our only dubious goal was Maddison's where Magennis had their defender in an excellent headlock and was blocking the goalie's view too (and was in an offside position).

the officials last night were even worse than our defending - the lino with the fair hair didn't understand offside, didn't understand throw ins - we took one with the whole boot on the pitch but apparently that's ok, didn't seem to understand much at all and as for the ref - had to laugh when Swansea were away with the ball and he brought it all the way back to give them a free kick - anyway - if we learnt anything last night it was that we need our best defenders back quickly, our new attack can score goals as long as the opposition defenders are **** and our midfield desperately needs someone who can pass - makes you wonder what was going through Planks head when he gave Henriksen away

It’s really Hobson’s choice currently but one the very last choices for me would be Irvine, he seems to spend every game either clasping his hands in prayer and looking to the sky after missing yet another opportunity, or misplacing yet another pass.

It wasn’t until a recent post from someone that made clear the similarity between him and Honeyman, they both run around a lot but, for the most part, with very little end result.

For me the natural leader in our squad is Jordy, but until he’s back in the team I’d probably go for Maddison.

Non of the current squad. 16 signings and we are still totally missing a natural strong captain. And even one quality true holding midfielder.

Certainly I am not convinced by McCann at all yet but maybe he can learn from his obvious mistakes. As I say, the stats don’t lie. We need a better midfield general who can tackle and retain the ball. It’s shocking how we don’t put a leg in at certain times and how easy it is to walk through the City midfield. No bookings last night against three tells a tale in my opinion. I know everyone says this but we desperately need another Ashbee to take the armband again. Easier said than done I know but it would be my number one priority area in the summer.

I art bein funny but at the risk of a crass and obvious pun......he no longer has tymon his side.

His career trajectory has flopped dismally even if his investments and SIPP portfolio has flourished.

It was a pretty good pun actually.

Anyways, on to the financial advice...

    Bitcoin apparently.

So long as you're quick, slick and full of, ummm, sick?

And understand biorhymics and elastico-futures and pension plan offset triage escarpment fund-puffins.

Which, laughably, we all do. Obvs.

Oh, and cash initialised non-returnable past futures.

    And the Asian squatting market.

Don't forget to factor in quim returns and the gusset averages.

You'd be a fool not to!

If your pension plans don't provide for you and yours, then you've only yourself to blame.
