Excellent Nass. Poached the first one and added 3 rogues from Kempton for a L15. Got double odds on the single <laugh><doh>

    Thanks Gents,

Tomorrow we have another Southwell card, with some interesting heats albeit with small fields.

Evening, so two main bets tomorrow, again prices have gone somewhat but rationale is -

5:10 Equidae - This horse caught my eye on reappearance when running too freely under this jockey. The key to this horse is being able to run over this trip and hopefully being able to race prominently. Tomorrow he has the penalised Three C's to take on, but that horse is up against better ones here, and it might be Crazy Spin and Muqarred who prove the biggest challenge. A win bet on Equidae, and a couple of forecasts with CS and Muqarred to finish behind him.

7:15 Croeso Cymraeg - This race revolves around Arabian Kind, who is priced up anywhere from 1/5 to 4/9!!! That horse has won two on the bounce, but is up to 70 here and I think he has the first real test of his credentials with Cold Harbour and Croeso Cymraeg. The former is the steady horse, the one that runs a good race, but its the latter I am with. He ran a very eyecatching race on his return from a short break, looking like a good thing before tiring up the straight, and if that race was down to fitness, then surely this is going to be another improved performance from him, and I think he will outrun double figure odds. I can't believe Paddy Power are going 12/1!

the favourite was very impressive, for most of the race I thought I’d got the forecast too but that horse pulled something out!

I'm no expert in riding horses, never even sat on one nevermind ridden one in a race but surely theres easier ways to cheat than throwing yourself off a horse moving at speed? Risking career threatening injuries to rig one race hardly seems worth it.

I'll never have the chance to throw myself off a moving horse but for comparison If I was offered money to throw myself out of a moving car at around 35-40mph for the sake of a few grand I'd probably decline the offer tbh.

I doubt he's thrown himself off deliberately but racing is without a doubt a bent sport
