... will be the turning point if things go the way I expect.

Coventry and Portsmouth play each other and I'm hoping it's a nasty 0-0 with serious injuries, cards and a massive punch up before and after the game.

Meanwhile Sunderland score 5 in a demolition of Rochdale while Wycombe and Ipswich drop points.

This won't be a sudden rise to the top, it'll be a slow grind picking up points and moving up the table.

Some of the teams above us aren't as good, we have to pick them off one by one.

We will spank them IMO. I reckon we will score 4. He will make a couple of changes as well. Scowen and Lafferty will come in imo.

you posted the other day that February is a big month for us and your right, but the way the top of the league has shaped up it's also a big month for the top 8or9 teams.
No one can relax and each game is a cup final, can't see us getting 5 on Tuesday, Rochdale are no mugs and were not exactly putting teams to the sword but when you keep having clean sheets, 1 is enough.
Would love to see a repeat of the Wycombe result and the boost it would give the team, but we just have to grind out the results one game at a time.
I said yesterday it's who blinks first, and PP and the lads have to make sure it's not us.
May is a long way off, we just have to hold our nerve.

    A gritty 2-0, they're scrapping and we're not a fully-oiled, executing machine....yet

I'd rather we chopped a couple of big rivals off at the knees, if we could.

Yep. After Portsmouth the lads did really well to dig a win out against Ipswich but it'll be for nothing if we don't keep stringing good results together. Got to win this then that sets us up for the likes of Oxford and Coventry. Beat the likes of them and its all still on

Don't think the weather will help us as much as it'll help them. Happy with any kind of win.

Not sure about that, I often think we look much better when we keep the ball down and play. We're more than capable of it, and the weather might almost force us to do it! I'm confident for this one, think we'll do it

3points is the main thing. Performances come second.

Quite right, we would all settle for **** 1 nil wins between now and the end of the season

I am down Laandaan on the lash. Gutted not to be there but free beer will help ease the pain. I expect a minimum of 4-0. Gooch, Wyke, Lafferty and Maguire.
