I’d take another draw right now! Get a bit of fighting spirit into the boys Tel. lot of potholes in Blackburn The end
I'd take a draw now too, let's hope at least we don't take a drubbing, as that would dent confidence.
As long as Terry can put out 11 fit players without changing Saturday's shape too much we should be good for a point. Needs to start Batty imo.
Awful injury situation so with that in mind i would be very happy with a point in fact I always think a point away from home is good. A clean sheet would be brilliant with the defence we will have out.
Based on GM's interview with Burnsey on Saturday, sounds like Pennington might be back. But nobody else. And think we can assume at least Lichaj from Saturday's team will be missing. Have to say wouldn't be surprised if we have more missing as a few looked worse for wear by full time Saturday. A draw would be very acceptable!
I'll be there. I live in Preston which isn't far away. The winds have been strong and there was a lit of rain yesterday. There is some flooding. Ewood is at the bottom of a hill so I would expect there to be a lot of water there at present. I think the pitch will be very heavy. Hoofball time?
I lived in Preston for 3 years back in the 90s. I quite liked Preston. My mate stayed over that way and now lives in Penwortham.
I agree but the weather isn't that bad now. A waterlogged pitch is the only possibility of postponement, I think.
No Dack for them, let's get on with it! Waterproof jacket at the ready, mate of mine is a blackburn fan so I'll be there
Honestly reading that I was thinking of the Preston near Hedon and wondering how the **** that was anywhere near Blackburn.
I nearly lost my life in a Blackburn coach park after seeing them beat Rovers 1 nil in 1971. Everyone on coach laying on the centre aisle floor as bricks hurled through windows and coach being rocked side to side. Coach driver did well to get us away but rocks continued to be hurled at the coach at the next red traffic light causing the driver to run off the coach and throw a right hander at the nearest yob then returned to his seat and drive off through a red light! Will be at Preston, scene of nearly losing an eye when their lot started throwing coins down at us in the same season.
Lots of people think that. I am always explaining it, especially when I am in Hull. It's quite convenient for going to Deepdale when City are there though.
