Nope Chesh. We didn't pursue it. We could have sued for the loss and how it was handled at the time, but we were young and it was the last thing we thought of doing. I think a case was brought against the authorities at the time, but they lost the case, which effectively closed any chance of compensation. But yet the a bused altar boys got justice. Rightly so, but it just shows the lack of empathy shown by the goverment towards the many victims of the organ retention scandal. :(

Shako. I've typed about 5 or 6 messages today trying to comment and deleted them because i just can't find the words.

I've got a 7 year old boy who means the world to me. The thought of losing him scares the **** out of me.

Never got going today although the booing was harsh it was more out of frustration due to some people getting ideas above their stations, as a Leeds fan you would know about that.
Shako sorry to read about your daughter after seeing how my mum virtually gave up on life when my brother died three years ago I have a vague idea of how you felt/feel, it’s her funeral on Friday so if there is a afterlife they are reunited now.
When we next meet we can raise a glass/barrel to those not with us anymore. <cheers>

Sorry to hear about your Mum m8, the comment about booing was aimed at Leeds fans TBH, some make out people complaining about Leeds on social media is something only Leeds fans do, as if we are worse than others, not heard Leeds fans boo the team off this season at all, just making a point,Leeds actually get much better support than most, but it's used by some as the excuse, reason we play bad.

I'm sorry to hear. I lost a daughter at 17 days old and she would have been 29 this year. You never forget and I've always talked about her as it helped me to cope. If you want to talk please do.

    To all of you,
    MASSIVE MAN HUG <hug>
Reading some of this brings life, football etc into perspective,
Most of us,as blokes are pretty **** about sharing our emotions,
Kind of strange how expressing emotions on a website full of semi strangers can help, but I think it has helped me through some bad times.
    MOT
    Shako, stay strong my friend.
