What shape are the two English courses in tomorrow for racing, will they go ahead? Punchestown a major doubt I would imagine, very strong winds and heavy rainfall most of the evening. I believe that's to carry on until sometime late tomorrow afternoon.

"Good to go" at Punchestown according to some poor drenched soul on the twittersphere. Surely has to be Hurricane Darwin in the first given the lively conditions.

It was a video clip from an official looking bloke at the course and it was posted on the racecourse Twitter feed. I felt at the time it was optimistic. Turned out to be the case as less than an hour later it was abandoned.

Just to rub it in the French have 2 meetings on at the same venue today. Cagnes Sur Mer. Do we have a Cagnes Sur Mer expert to give us some pointers or should I just watch Cool Runnings with the lad? Easy choice.
