Howay man - it isn't Bruce's fault he's picking Lejeune, Ritchie and Yedlin to then watch them do that. Seen his face when Atsu, 15 yards from goal and unmarked in the box, "passes" to Yedlin who's about 2 yards offside. Almiron, Joelinton, Longstaff missed absolute sitters. As soon as Clark came on, Oxford did nothing - Lejeune was another level of gash. Don't forget against West Brom we have Rose and Lazaro. Still think we need 4 at the back, 3 and then 3 up front.
F*cking hell mate. We win a cup tie with a late wonder-goal in extra time and are in to the fifth round of the FA cup for the first time in 14 f*cking years and you're *still* a negative c*nt. Do you actually enjoy football? If not, have you considered getting another hobby and letting us enjoy it?
League One sides are always up for these matches. It's actually more staggering that every single year Premier League fans react the same way "wow, those lads actually played far better than I expected." Yeah, it's literally the biggest games of their careers so far for some of those players. They play out of their skins. Most Prem players don't even want to be there cos its a cold midweek game. Case in point, Lejeune.
Was frustrated as fook to go 2-2, but in retrospect a good game of football. We were decent in patches, dominant for 75 mins. Two excellent goals from them, and some really poor performances from us, but we are now off for a week and a bit, in the 5th round and will have options for West Brom, including Carroll, Lazaro, Rose. Ludicrously, 8 games unbeaten. Though 4 were in League One.
I was getting a bit excited there for a minute, until I checked my betting app and realised that I hadn't actually clicked place bet, excitement quickly turned to sheer frustration. Thank fook for ASM, far happier losing a tenner than 130 sheets!
right so liverpool man city chelsea arsenal man united Tottenham all still in , so theres no point in this at all for us.
West Brom rest almost there entire team for the FA Cup games, and they're stuttering at the moment and desperate to stay in the automatic promotion places. The FA Cup is tiny compared to their league campaign, and they would have struggled in this match. Was a great victory tonight in a match where it looked like everything was going tits up, think positive.
then we will get a good team and lose, so its a waste of time. no top teams out and only 1 will be by the quarters..
Don’t care what anyone says.. we’re a different team with ASM. On his day, our best player. Brings excitement to this team. We need him fit.
