    It was in the build up apparently, my streanm froze when they showed it after the VAR decision so can't say if it was. BBC seemed to think it was the correct decision

    Even though we won by an own goal, we were by far the better team. Oxford have come from 2-0 behind to draw with Newcastle with two goals in the last 7 minutes of the game.

    Kids controlled the game, just lacked that clinical presence up front to hold it up and make clever runs. Dominated possession against a professional club

    The first team players in the first leg were woeful, the kids tonight were very good.

    The two cb's were undoubtedly better than Lovren and Matip, especially when Shrews brought their big lads on. I'm honestly getting more joy from these kids than I did in that CWC thing.
