A petition to sign. Johnson promised EU Nationals that they would receive permanently settled status after UK left the EU. It hasn't happened:

It was the direct result of some:

People loving immigrants would get ****ted on.
People buying into lies
Tories being able to lie time and time again with nothing stopping them.

For some reason people in this country love Tories even though they are destroying it.

To blame Corbyn for everything isn't right

 

One of my Spanish friends told me the UK was a conservative (with a small 'c') country many years ago and I didn't believe him, I guess now I realise it is true I have just been shielded from it by my international and liberal colleagues while living in cities.

The influence of the media is a big factor (most are right wing) and the rest is the fear of change and the lack of philosophy and critical thinking in our education and society. People would rather be conservative rather than fear change as it could effect their pension, house etc. Same is true with climate change - protect what you have short-termism.

In fairness, Norton has been a ****show for some time, as is tradition in the British motorcycle industry. With or without Brexit, its collapse is not totally unexpected.

The point that I was making was specific in relation to Brexit. Had JC come out with an endorsement of Remain, strong and unequivocal, then the effect would have been to add at least 2% to the Remain share of the vote. I personally know at least four people who voted Leave because he gave a nod and a wink.

 

You’re right, but blaming anyone other than the Tories for Brexit is missing the point by a million miles.

Similar problem here. A journalist gets a ban for asking Trump crony a tough question. I guess we are just supposed to be lambs.

 

This is disgraceful. Johnson believes he is not publically accountable. Absolute cnut.

 

Not just Johnson and the visible creeps. There's the likes off Aaron Banks, Lynton Crosby's crew of **** spewing arseholes and those grey shadows pulling the strings we don't get to see or hear of.

 

They are, though they're having some issues with their NA dealer network and parts availability for the older (newer) bikes...some really basic and essential bits for the late 90s/early aughts bikes seemingly just don't exist anymore.

Yeah, though it's worth mentioning that that the plan is based on other carmakers collapsing in the UK due to tariffs and them picking up their market share.
