Annoyed to see that there are only U.18s and Adults for this match. has naybody ever been ID's for a game before as I'm tempted as a struggling student to just go for it?

I'm 18 and I'm gona risk it as they're only gona make us pay the difference, so it's worth a shot!

I think it's disgraceful how they've got a concession price for over 60's but not for students! They should do both or neither!

Also, the gap between £12.50 and £28 is outrageous!

Wish they still did over 60's at SMS. My chip has just reappeared on my shoulder.

P.s. don't begrudge others their concessions. Robbing others of a concession wouldn't help me.

If you're a student, why haven't you got a saturday job? And if you have, why can't you pay full price for a ticket?

Can there be a concession for people with low income? never understood because you're a student you should get things cheaper, everyone struggles for money nowadays, not just students!

Can't means test concessions..there will be rich and poor students and Seniors. Youngsters (u18s and students) seems reasonable as they will be future supporters. Reductions for seniors because they may have supported for years and it would be a shame if they had to stop going. My only gripe is that I had something and then it was taken away, otherwise over 65s is reasonable as well. Perhaps I should enrol at college!!

I had a weekend job before starting my full time job last week. I got up at 6:30 on Saturdays and Sundays and, earning the minimum wage, the maximum I got each week was £41.92. Do you see where I'm coming from...?

Life is full of choices and sacrifices and we can all moan that life isn't fair. I do agree that the "removal" of a previously offered concession such as the raising of the Senior age to those who already enjoyed that, was a little tough.

You "chose" to be a student, so there will be sacrifices. I had to give up my season ticket when I was 14/15 becasue I "chose" to push to a higher level of football, that meant playing Saturday afternoons. You have to be prepared to make sacrifices. Even now I had to decide whether to buy a season ticket or use that money on something else; I sacrificed the other.

I would say risk it! I buy my girlfriend an Under 17 ( she is nearly 21) and they never check! Mind you she made me buy her a shirt to as she said she didn't feel part of the bloody team!! Mugged off but a small price to see to get to all the home matches!

I have have to pay for my tickets on a match to match basis rather than a season ticket as it was to much to find in one hit, think the minority spoilt the direct debit monthly system last season by cancelling payments leaving their own club out of pocket, shocking really.

I went to the cup match on Wednesday and when I handed the steward our tickets the Concession was the top of the two tickets and they didnt even check the lower ticket which was an adult, I wished I had asked for two U17s!!!

With regards to students it's a hard one, everyone is struggling, my brother was a law student and a supposed full time course barely made it over 10 hours a week, I know you have to study but there is plenty of bar jobs or supermarkets that cater especially for students! I actually think students have it a bit easy actually and they might realise that when they have a mortgage and bills to pay!!! Haha I'm not bitter, I wish I had done it to be honest!

I don't see anything wrong with raising the senior concession from 60 to 65, but maybe those already 60+ and getting the discount could have been allowed to keep on getting it.

As for students, a young single person on a low income probably has more money to spend than someone with a family and a mortgage, so I don't see why they should get special rates.

kind of annoys me that so many over 60s were moaning. as a 21 or under i got a cheaper ticket but the age group for a young adult got changed down to 20 or younger. DONT SEE ME COMPLAINING.

Being a student can be hard financially. It really just depends on the amount given to you by Student Finance in the loan you recieve. After I've paid my rent etc I have around £90 left to spend on food etc for 3 months. Others get more money than they know what to do with. But like people have said you need to sacrifice some things and get a job. I worked full time over most of the summer, treating myself to a couple of holidays with my mates and saving the rest for uni this year. I don't envy those with a young family and a mortgage to pay. They deserve more of a break than students, they should bring in family tickets more often, it would even encourage younger fans!

I used to be a student - just got into more debt to carry on watching Saints for 4 years! Oooops!

More importantly - anyone know what time the tickets go onsale today as they aren't in the online booking tool yet?

    Cheers
