    Everyone loves to accuse the board, But from day 1.. we have been told Ralph has been given a huge amount of trust and responsibility of his first team. All these decisions, start and end with him.

    You must be right that one man, as football manager, makes all the major multi million pound decisions in a multi million pound organisation with the football board and secretive tight owner above him.

    Granted as a business we make sound decisions that will prove efficient to us as a business, that is fair.
    Bit as a football side, Ralph will decide whether it is in his interest to sell someone of buy someone.
