    But if there's been not actually been any contact, then PEH will know, so it's a bit of a non-story? I'd agree if there had been contact/an offer from Spurs (with no intention of them actually completing the deal). Anyway, if they wanted to unsettle us/a player, they should bid for Ings as they actually need a striker and he's integral to the team.

    Shared a taxi back with Hojbjergs agent to the airport when we had our away trip to inter milan. Seemed like a genuinely nice guy, encoured hojbjerg to get his head down despite not getting many minutes on the pitch. Then again this is football. Hojbjerg is in demand so why not get your player and yourself a better deal.

    If the news about cancelling Danso's loan is true, I can't say that I would be shedding any tears. Although I'd have probably been more inclined to sell Vestergaard for the £15m, and retain Danso as cover until the summer in his place.
