Good bit of business methinks. The club is not ****ting its pants, but slowly building a really good young team, smattered with some older heads. If we go down, I hope the team's bouncebackability proves correct and we arrive at the top table again with a bit more nous about us. OTBC
Usually decent ITK on twitter suggests "Rupp + two youngsters" is Norwich planning for the championship. By two youngsters, the second presumably means Sinani. Also suggests that our summer spending will surprise people, regardless of league. Not sure if that means in a good way or not! Final point from them is that the 3 players missing from the FA cup squad are up for grabs, without the club wanting anybody in. I think that's Amadou, Leitner and a loan for Idah. With two midfielders in, plus Thompson returning, presumably the club feel they've adequate cover there.
I certainly hope this isn't true. https://tbrfootball.com/report-west...on-offer-for-norwich-midfielder-kenny-mclean/
I would rather not sell any of our best players but £10m is about 95% profit from what we paid Aberdeen . Strengthening a relegation rival isn't too smart though.
For me - definitely. I always thought he was excellent. We just had rotten luck with his injuries and Wolves got the best of him.
I like Mo but he seems a bit lightweight for English football, one of the best players last season with passes completed and kept things ticking like a metronome but something has clearly gone wrong and now he's surplus. Would make sense to get rid of him and Amadou to free up an International space I guess .
I think the Coventry manager has commented that a bid from an unnamed Premier League team has been rejected. They seem to rate him highly, I hope he's as good as the last guy we got from Coventry!
Looks to be another good bit of business. At 19, he already has good first team experience at Coventry and fills the gap left by Heise. Another 'homegrown' player also helps.
Does this signing mean that Lewis is possibly out the door in the summer or that Nizet won’t be making the step up next season
