Well, it feels like 45 minutes to keep us in with any chance of the playoffs. It might change but currently feels like Grant McCann has temporarily lost the compass Maginnis back in after missing 2 months and replaces Eaves who is the only City forward to have scored in recent weeks Bowen been scoring for 3 seasons coming in from the right and done very little since moved to No10 Which in turn leaves us one short in midfield when we've struggled there even with 3 players for much of the season And goals and general performances dried up since brought new players in ahead of some who've been there all season.
Not a great half that, didnt create a great deal at all, Jarrod looking a bit lost in the middle, Wilks huffing and puffing but not doing a great deal, Grosicki fattering to deceive ... might be worth returning to our usual shape cos for me Jarrod aint a no 10, and Wilks still nowhere near upto speed. Would like to see Eaves on for the same reason i gave before the match started, he brings others into the game.
Poor stuff again. We need a lot more from Kane and Lopes. They're just putting men on the 18yd line and stifling us, doing it quite well though, can't blame 'em really! McKenzie a bit exposed for the goal, not having a good night.
