Something I was glad to hear over the commentary during the game was Jose finally getting his “now he hates the chelsea scum” song sung. Fans should be getting behind him at games and it was good to hear as it’s been a bit silent with regards to manager chants since Poch left. I get a lot are/ were disappointed Poch left but Jose’s here now and should be getting backing from the stands.
Although you have the CL to look forward to, I don't think a repeat of last year is realistic at present. So the F.A. Cup looms large as a major trophy for Spurs, Utd, Arsenal and probably Chelsea too. A chance for some silverware, which shouldn't be sniffed at.
Making the final last year was not realistic either Luke Winning it this year is definitely not realistic.
I wonder,if Poch get's a job in the PL, will he decide the FL Cup and the Europa Cup really are worth winning?
You need to be found and slapped really hard you dumbass .... Is what the 2019 RCL would say. New year New Decade New RCL says that he likes your positivity but please don't jinx us... Or I will find you and hurt you real bad
It's pretty cheap for our place though, I'm afraid. The Boro replay in the last round was £5 cheaper, though. Levy was probably quite happy with the 49,202 attendance and thinks that this will sell similarly well.
He probably knows what he can get away with re the home support. Be interesting to see if we sell our allocation, I think we might struggle to on a Wednesday night tbh.
And some of the blokes took a bung to let you in over the turnstiles or through the gate in the park lane end
Indeed. Prices seem to have gone up by about 3 or 4 times in real terms since I first went in 1968. I don't exactly recall but I think a child ticket in standing was about 20p then or about £3 in todays money. Contrary to the theory back then, widespread live TV coverage seems to have massively increased the demand for tickets, which allows the higher prices to be charged.
