Wasn't even tempted. Fortunately, the cod was very nice. Away next weekend and am coming home to a roast leg of lamb on Sunday day, it can wait till then! Had poached egg on toast for breakfast yesterday while both my sons ate bacon bottles opposite me. And one left the bacon, too crispy for **** sake!
I've been about 3 weeks now and have had meat on 2 occasions, happy enough with that though, I'm going to keep doing it now though and just have meat on the weekend instead of with every meal.
I could do with being a bit healthier, in my 40's now and all this health stuff becomes an issue. All very girly but has to be done.
To save the planet!! Same reason as me I assume, to cut down in general. Once January is out of the way i'll start eating meat again but it will be (I hope) a 50% reduction of what I used to eat previously.
Both. There are few decent independent stores where I love; butchers, grocers, fish mongers, farm shops etc. but, when push come to shove, supermarkets are cheaper.
@luvgonzo already does enough with his portion sizes imho but fair play to you both. I recycle myself.
I'm looking to eat meat at the weekend only so quite a big change. The popularity of veganism makes this a lot easier as there is more choice out there with this trend in full flow.
Bit of both. Not my usual photo spot or angle and I don't like a lot of rice with my curry. Nowt worse than an out of sync rice to curry ratio.
