good to see attitudes towards what should be non issues changing , totally concur with smokey , for me all people have to explore and find themselves , and should never be denigrated for doing so .
the idea that all must follow a ideology laid down by religious views is absurd , indeed we all know many of these religious institutions create and foster the worst kind of deviancy , using fear and exploitation.
For me , as long as it’s consenting adults , and doesn’t involve children and animals , anything should be accepted .

This veganism or should I refer to it as veganuary is becoming rather annoying as it really is being rammed down our throats at every opportunity.

At our place of work yesterday they had a pure vegan menu in our canteen. So there were no meat or fish options if thats what you fancied. Can you imagine what would have happened if the position was reversed and we only had meat options on the menu?

Every Monday in January is this vegan only menu..no idea who is responsible for that decision but quite sad to see.

On top of this we have people being all righteous about how veganism is the right way to go and all us meat eaters should really think about how animals are killed and treated etc etc.

If people want to be a vegan..great..knock yourself out...not for me keep it to yourself and dont shout about it and/or be attention seeking.. Cheeses me right off how these people think they are clever and they are on the moral high ground.

I recently read a very interesting article recently about the real animal cost of veganism ie how many animals are killed to supply the stuff vegans eat. Its quite staggering as no doubt the majority of vegans take no account of how many little animals eg mice, rats etc etc lose their lives so that the veggies can grow and make it to market. All those veggies need manure to grow and where does manure come from - animal poo.

Its about time the meat eaters stood up and demanded Meaty Tuesdays!

It's not much, but it pushes my buttons regarding ill considered comments from people who are paid a salary to speak to the public. I think I commented on the DT at the time, forgive me, my memory is crappy at best. Ollie Belle describing Vanessa Williams as being "literally on fire"
Well ring the fecking fire brigade you bell end!
And sloppy interview questions, like "how do you feel after losing the final?" How would you feel if I inserted that mic where you appear to speak from? If only!

Birds Eye Green Cuisine “Meatballs” that contain no meat. Is that not breaking the Trade Description Act 1968? <doh>

The canteen at work (that I do not frequent) is doing a vegan menu on Mondays in January. I suggested to those that were complaining that they should request a carnivore Tuesday. Personally I go out at lunchtime and eat what I want.

    Dear Leftist-Illiberal Politically-Correct BBC,

There was no lesbian black commentator on your FA Cup highlights programme. The white privileged female one was not very good.

Expect to see my complaint letter in The Guardian, supported by all the usual BAME and LGBTQ+ grumblers. Can you find some white privileged male to discuss this on Question Time when the issue is raised?

I used their stuff long before they signed her up...

And there I was thinking that he was on about the Simon Cowell advert for a well-known credit card. Personally, I would love him to go to the Antarctic to do a ‘talent’ show. Get rid of him and keep the penguins entertained...

We have seen this circus before, have we not?

No criminal case in the American courts – in this case because the defendant is dead rather than found not guilty.

The lawyers queue up to sue the defendant because there is loads of money to be made in a civil case.

The available evidence all appears to be circumstantial so a criminal case would be on dodgy ground anyway.

Strange how many years it has taken for anyone to remember any wrongdoing; but now that one has made an allegation, loads of others come forward because the defendant is dead and there is loads of money to be made.

The lawyers only seem to be interested in one witness: the one who said that he would give testimony if his lawyers said that he should. That should keep the meter running for both sets of lawyers...

Gio Compario has to be one of the worst drivers on the road. :emoticon-0181-fubar

How is he getting insured at all, let alone with only a £250 excess? :emoticon-0112-wonde

Luckily he has not nearly run over any Meerkats but I guess they are automated to get out of his path. <laugh>

    Hand washing
Is it any wonder stuff like coronavirus spreads so quickly, just on the news two confirmed cases in the uk.
I was out for dinner in the city last night. On visiting the toilet the amount of men coming out of the cubicles and not washing their hands.
Some dirty c@nt came out admiring himself in the mirror rubbed his hand through his hair and walked out. Talking to my wife it’s not much better in the ladies.
This from so called educated people.

Believe it or not i work with a bloke who washes his hands before going for a piss but not afterwards. When you say to him aren't you going to wash your hands, he says 'no need to, i pissed in the toilet not on my hands'. So why wash before then? 'My hands are dirty and my cock is clean so i don't want to get it dirty'. So do you wash your hands when you've been for a ****? 'Only if toilet paper breaks and my finger(s) make contact'.

I kid you not, this from a grown man.
