    totally agree - still can't believe he wrote in that rag - he was at liverpool long enough to know that you shouldn't even read it, never mind sell your story to them -

    Souey was a legend for LFC as a player,never let anyone doubt that.

    And as hes wearing a kit and represents his playing career at LFC in the banner thats fine by me.

    But i had my rant a while ago about his "rick" with the S*n and i cant help still feeling that way.

    the problem i have with his apology is this - he says he wasn't aware of the depth of feeling towards the s*n = bullshit

    he says he was sorry it went out on the anniversary of hillsborough - seems to think it would have been o.k. If it had gone out the day before - sorry souness but it didn't matter what day it went out - going out on the anniversary just made it worse

    still can't get my head around what he was thinking

    I cant get my head around why he done it either,he was'nt tricked or its not like he never knew the significance of the date or the hatred of the rag in the city and beyond by reds and the club.

    But as far as his playing days go we cant doubt he was legend.
