Not first team related just yet but in my local paper today, we are after 3 young players from Falkirk. 2 of whom played and won against Rangers last night. Craig Sibbald,Jay Fulton and Dale Fulton. We are supposedly ready to bid but face competition from Arsenal and Chelsea.

Just a heads up to keep a look out for there names as they are gouing to be big players!!!

I was going to go to the game but I dying with man flu!!!

My mate was there and said Sibbald, who is only 16, ran the Rangers defence ragged and kept dropping wide left and right, they just couldn't keep tabs on him. Bearing in mind this is against experienced central defenders in Bocanegra and Goian.

I think they would be good to get on board if they are handling themselves at a high(ish) level already. We also have a good relationship with Falkirk (Krul/Finnegan etc)

If they do sign I will feel sorry for the Frenchies.

First they learn a bit of English at school, but when they come to Newcastle they realise that Geordie is a completely different language. <yikes>

Then, if we sign 3 jocks the French lads will have to learn yet another foreign language<laugh>
