    I feared he might go soon. His fellow Pythons kept it quiet, but I know that Michael Palin couldn't disguise his concern. A nice bloke too.

    Absolutely! Scandal that any country wants to keep this evil trade open. If it were left to me, I’d bring in draconian penalties for trading in the stuff and a shoot to kill policy on poachers ..... <grr><grr><grr>

    Does anyone have any experience of writing a blog about travelling? I’m off to Africa in March for 2 months of wildlife conservancy in the bush and I’d love to write something (without getting too boring or sending loads of emails). Was wondering if there’s a site anyone has experience of or can recommend? Cheers!

    HELP WANTED PLEASE

    I never normally use this forum to request others help. I don't post on here to tell others what to do but I am struggling when I have come on here over the last few weeks.

    I used to be able to read posts slating players, rubbishing the team, the style, the manager. Stephens this, jwp that, Bertrand is a ******, PEH is *******

    I quite liked the drama, now it's one big love fest about how great we are. Even the mods have been given a break. Might have to start watching eastenders again just to get my fix.
