Oh **** it mate, just stay at our house. The Missus grub is second to none and I might have a bottle of fine Whisky hidden away somewhere.

Chevon country park hotel near otley ( do the mile while your there) me and Mrs mop going tomorrow
until Friday...
Grays court hotel in York...
My favourite..Aysgarth falls hotel.. it’s where they filmed Robin Hood price of thieves, that stretch of water is just wonderful. Some of the most beautiful countryside anywhere around there...
We’re going again later in the year...

I nearly recommended Seaham Hall , but i don't think the food is anywhere near as good since Kenny Atkinson left.

Just my opinion.

Fab Spa though, accessed via the underground tunnel, complete with meandering river from the main hotel.
