We made hard work of that by not taking our chances. We sat back when Utd had the ball and made them look better than they are, having said that Fred had the best game for Utd that I have seen. He is still not worth the money they paid for him.

Well a win is a win however you get it so, onward and upward.

We dominated the game, they had to give it a go at the end to try and nick a point - but the 2nd goal demonstrates why teams don't come at us.

For all the "they are ****e" and "smash them" thoughts, you've got to remember they beat city at home doing what they tried today.

Running hard and being the more aggressive team, the difference we handled it better. Despite the best attempts of the commentators to make it sound exciting I never thought our lead was in doubt.

It's a funny thing but utd remind me of us 10 years ago, up there game when they want but get beat by ****e.

Underlines the mentality of this team, we go hard against every team.

Alisson is the first Liverpool keeper to assist a PL goal since Pepe Reina in March 2010 v Sunderland.

We’ve all made questionable life choices. But someone made the choice to buy Maguire for £10m more than VVD.

Seriously, seriously ****ed off with this VAR ****e - let's see the MOTD team spend half the ****ing programme on this one. It's only supposed to overturn SUBJECTIVE decisions if the ref hasn't seen something, like if Virgil elbowed him, or something. But they reckon Virgil didn't make an effort to get the ball? WTF? Pawson judged that from 15 yards that he DID! How can that be overturned, but Origi being raked down the calf ten yards from the ref be judged as the ref's decision, and no obvious error? Yet again though, like at Villa and several other times this season, we got on with it and stuck it up the bent bastards. Arseholes.
